This Privacy Policy describes the set of rules that apply to the use of the La La Learn mobile application, (“La La Learn” or “we” or “with us”) for iOS mobile devices. Before using the application, be sure to read this document in its entirety. The use of this application must be made only in accordance with this document.

 

La La Learn is a mobile application that teaches Mandarin Chinese through children’s songs.

 

By installing the application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the practices and conditions described in this Privacy Policy. We will be free to change the set of rules contained in this term at any time when posting these changes, and any use thereafter will imply that you still agree to the Privacy Policy and its amendments. The latest Privacy Policy will always be available on the App Store (iOS), and it is the duty of the user to be informed and check them regularly.

 

 

REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

In the initial launch of La La Learn, the user is not required to register to access the application. However, there will be the possibility of requiring registration, in which the user will register with their e-mail address, and create a username and password to access the application. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of password and the information provided to La La Learn. There will be the possibility of registering via Facebook or Gmail, where the user, when logging in through his Facebook or Gmail registration or any other third party service, automatically accepts the collection of his data on those platforms.

 

To install La La Learn, the user must already be registered and logged in to the App Store, so no additional information is required. For logical consequence, it is expected that, when installing La La Learn, the user will agree with the App Store Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, considering that the user has registered and agreed with the set of terms presented there .

 

Therefore, we have no responsibility in relation to user security and the privacy of user data, taking into account that we do not have access to them.

 

Likewise, when the user chooses to unlock the full content with in-app purchase, the only information reported to La La Learn is payment confirmation, where it is not possible to identify the credit card number used by the buyer.

 

Therefore, any problems related to La La Learn user information (issues related to security, privacy, legal claims, among others) will have to be directed directly to the App Store (iOS) which have this data.

 

La La Learn is not liable for any damage or loss of any nature that may arise from access to users' personal data

 

The in-app purchase is personal and non-transferable, and the license must not be shared with other users. The sharing of licenses or their publication subjects the user to the termination of use of the application, without prejudice to the appropriate legal measures.

 

In addition, when downloading the application, the user declares that he / she is capable of acts of civil life and over 18 (eighteen) years of age, the use of the application is not allowed for children under 18 (eighteen) years, who are not assisted and / or authorized by your parents and / or legal guardians.
